The service was very poor. The vehicle was taken in twice for the same issue. The first time I was told there was nothing wrong. The second time, which was one day later after The vehicle was taken in twice for the same issue. The first time I was told there was nothing wrong. The second time, which was one day later after picking it up, the issue was finally found. But they could not fix it until their technician completed his classes. I assume he was not certified therefore my vehicle had to wait. My vehicle was in the shop nearly a month. When I requested a loaner vehicle, I was told they could not help with the request. I will never buy a vehicle from Gay. I have told all my family and friends not to purchase or take their vehicles in for service there. It is best to take it to another reputable mechanic. More
