I’ve always had a great experience with the service department at Gay KIA. I thought they’d have my car for a few days to got it back the same afternoon. A month & half after purchasing my new Kia sportage from Kia, I got a flat tire on the way to class in downtown Houston. Austin was extremely helpful in guiding me to Kia road assistance to put on my spare Kia, I got a flat tire on the way to class in downtown Houston.
