I had to call multiple times to ask for updates on my car. The only time they called me was when it was finally done. They had my car for over a week without even looking at it, after I had to wait over car. The only time they called me was when it was finally done. I ended up having to purchase a rental car (which was not reimbursed.) The only positives were that the employee John was nice enough during our interactions and helped me with my billing. More

Communication was minimal. Calls were rarely answered or returned and it would be weeks between contact. The original repair did not fix the issue and more error codes were fou Calls were rarely answered or returned and it would be weeks between contact. The original repair did not fix the issue and more error codes were found. We had to pay labor costs twice since the first fix didn’t work. Overall the repair took 5 months and $$$$. I was grateful that they gave us a loaner for the duration. That made the whole process bearable. Wish we would have had more information from the start so we would have traded instead of repaired.
