I had an appt 12/19 for recalls and the service dept also did oil chg and cabin& air filter chg. Raymond called me after I left to say to tech. Had a cabin filter on his work area. Between recalls bay it was did oil chg and cabin& air filter chg. Raymond called me after I left to say to tech. Had a cabin filter on his work area. Between recalls bay it was forgotten. Raymond called and requested I return so could replace ut. Also took pics. I love the transperancy and Raymond did great service recovery and thanks to the service man's honesty!! More
