From start to finish, Gay family Kia was EXCELLENT! I am a new owner to a 23' Kia Telluride (purchased out of state) and this was my first service. Needless to say, I was nervous to drop my vehicle off. The customer service was exceptional! Sam was in contact with me throughout the day and even sat on hold when I had to take a work call. He even went above and beyond to call the out of state Kia I purchased from to see if I qualified for free oil changes! I didn't, but it was the thought that counted! Sam was patient, thorough, kind and very knowledgeable. The gentleman that helped me at pickup was great too! ... and the best part?! It wasn't as much as I expected! PRAISE GOD! I will be returning to Gay family KIA ONLY to have my car serviced. Thanks so much, y'all! More
