Dealership FLOODED my car after doing the 2nd oil change it has ever had. They were asked not to bother washing it because I needed to go somewhere. They took it through the car was with the front windows o it has ever had. They were asked not to bother washing it because I needed to go somewhere. They took it through the car was with the front windows open! They then tried to vacuum out the water and turned my heater on full blast trying to get it to dry before bringing it to me. They NEVER SAID A WORD! They tried to cover it up and hide it. My seats were saturated in water that my passenger seat alarm was going off and no one was sitting in it. Again, no one bothered to let me know what happened. There is no telling how many of my electronics are wet and will be ruined now. I gave them the keys back and I refuse to drive that car back home. Do not use them. This is absolutely uncalled for, especially for it to be hidden and for me to only find out after waiting 2 hours just to sit down and be soaked!!! Service supervisor put me in a loaner and was not happy, seeing what he can do. At least he tried to help. More
