Several weeks back I was late(traffic) for 75000 mile check up, that had been scheduled out about a month before, and Sam got me in and got all the maintenance items up to date. And this last friday mor check up, that had been scheduled out about a month before, and Sam got me in and got all the maintenance items up to date. I did not feel like a valued customer. No one communicated well. John was incredibly rude. If you ask him a question he acts like it is a bother to answer.
