The BMW genius, Shane, was amazing in explaining every technical aspect of the new 2025 BMW X3. Every step of purchasing a new vehicle at Gebhardt was stress free and delightful (kudos for the way they treated my dog by bringing him a water bowl and showering him with pets and praise) Overall, Gebhardt set the bar very high for other car dealerships. I HATE the process of buying cars. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. I called ahead and they had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. From the time I arrived until they handed me the keys was 70 minutes! Chris and Ryan were quick, attentive, and honest. There was no extensive back and forth during the haggling and I walked out with the car I wanted at a fair price. I will be back next time I’m in the market. More

Fabian was very good at selling us the car. Made sure all my needs were met, and I felt comfortable with the process. However, even though there were no challenges in getting the loan, it took FOREVER to complete the transaction. That has got to be streamed lined with a faster process. It was PAINFUL, especially since I needed to leave and get on the road. I had 9 hours of driving ahead of me. It took 4 hours to complete after I was approved for the loan. Most all car dealerships do this, and I do not understand why. Someone has got to step up and make this better. More
Little disappointed with the service department. They hardly ever answer the phone. Than when you ask a question about your car as you are a new owner they say call the genius rather than answer They hardly ever answer the phone. I did not feel pressured into something I didn't want but felt I was given appropriate guidance that reassured me the car I initially was interested in was the right one for me. Finance found me a loan that was over a point lower than my own bank's rate. More
