Crisis adverted! out of town visitors for volleyball. Had car troubles from workmanship of previous scheduled service. Mike Seaver assisted us in vetting out all options and worked diligently to find us a replacement vehicle. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped in anyway that he could. Knowing we were in a high stress state Mike was thoughtful and let the conversation happen naturally and wasn't pushy. The entire staff at George Gee was warm and welcoming. But my experience working with Ricky Bobby, Kevin McCullough, and Gabe Aeschliman was enjoyable. They were friendly and fair during the process. My wife and I felt like they genuinely cared about getting us through the process and having it be a great experience. Kevin was fair in negotiation, Ricky was great in wanting to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted and went above and beyond to stay late and make sure everything was in place. Gabe was outstanding walking us through the contract and financials and also stayed way late to get everything wrapped up. And we even had the opportunity to compare our insurance coverage while in the dealership. From beginning to end just a great experience. It appears George Gee has put together a great team. Great to go see Gee I have thought and thought about purchasing a newer truck for a couple reasons. Payments, price and having a good buying experience with a dealer who takes care of my interests and needs in a vehicle. I started looking and couldn't find what I wanted and then I came in contact with Ricky Bobby Raya at Liberty lake George Gee. After speaking with him about my concerns as well as what I was wanting I felt good about how I was walked through the process. After discussing what I want and at the time there was nothing on the lot to meet my needs. I was assured they would search out a truck to my liking. Within a couple days time I was contacted with a few that where right in the range I was hoping for. I found the truck I wanted! The process was super easy because I didn't want to spend all day going over paperwork and was working out of state. They held the truck for me to come in and look over. It was exactly what I wanted and they treated me better than any dealer I have dealt with before. So a big thank you to Ricky Bobby Raya and the Gee team for putting me in a great vehicle at a great price! But their great service didn't stop with me signing the contract. They've reached out to me about my buying experience and happily helped me through all my questions and service options, which was great to see them stand behind my purchase! I normally don't recommend things to many people but the way I felt after this was said and done I highly recommend going to them to anyone who is thinking about buying a vehicle. We have been looking for a black Grand Cherokee for about a year we went in drove the car fell in love with it, there were a few little things I wanted fixed most dealerships would not have even considered fixing them George Gee did not hesitate we even asked for an extra key fob and were told we would have to take it to a Jeep dealership to have programmed, not a problem, I expected to pay for this as I had really already asked for so much but James in service had it covered. George Gee has amazing employees not only did we get what we had been looking for we got more and even made a few new friends.
