Gene Langan VW service is simply great! Look, I have a 2001 TDI Beetle that I bought there, for one, but it has 244,000 miles on it now, and still runs like a top, thanks to the guys in service.. I recently went to Gene Langan to buy my personal first brand new car. I went in with exactly what I wanted, and how much I wanted to pay. Working with Dennis made the whole experience that much more del brand new car. I went in with exactly what I wanted, and how much I wanted to pay. Working with Dennis made the whole experience that much more delightful. The first day he took me on a test drive, and even bought me to the other lot to see the exact car that I wanted. He explained all the safety features since I explained that this would be the car that I would be driving with a child in a few years. He was sure to show me some of the wonderful little features that the car had throughout it as well. The buying process was extremely smooth and he was able to help me get it for the price that I wanted! The day that I returned to receive my car was in more delightful. Sarah completed all the financial options, register my car, and explained all the warranties. Dennis then returned to go through all the manuals that accompany the car, and took me to my car where he showed me exactly how to sync my phone, run the AC, program the radio, adjust seats and mirrors, explain more features that I didn't know about, how to open the gas tank, etc. After driving off the lot I knew that I would buy another car there in a heartbeat, and that I would be back for my service in 2 months that Dennis so kindly scheduled for me!
