Gene Messer Kia - Service Center

My Kia Telluride had to have warranty work done on it (transmission), they did great work however right now they are very far behind so it took 4 weeks. They are not very good with communication, my husb (transmission), they did great work however right now they are very far behind so it took 4 weeks. I think they are just so busy they have poor communication and a very long wait time (which cost us a lot in rental fees). They are very pleasant people and do great work! More
