Kyle was very efficient and made buying a car an easy process. We went in for a scheduled oil change. Approximately 1 1/2 hrs later, service manager informed us of a nail in one of the tires. Also provided us with a report that the back brakes and rot Approximately 1 1/2 hrs later, service manager informed us of a nail in one of the tires. Also provided us with a report that the back brakes and rotors needed to be replaced @ $629.29. Car has 40k on it. Premium rotors and pads for a 2022 Taos are around $215. Even adding labor it should be no where near $600. We declined to have that service. Another hour passes for a total of 2 1/2 hrs. When I go to check on my vehicle, car is parked on side of building, service managers are cooking hamburgers. Work order is on bottom of stack, indicating it had been done for some time. We have had minor issues and and reported problems with the car not fixed prior. We finally decided to live with the issues, as they are minor. However, after a bad experience with Volkswagen service in Amarillo and now this experience, I feel this is a Volkswagen problem and dealerships no longer place customer service as a priority. More
The absolute “WORST” customer service from any dealerI have ever dealt with. Refused to listen to my complaint regarding battery issues. Very nice staff- knowledgeable and quick- even with no appointment. Salesman tgat sold me tge car 8 yrs ago came and created me- service mgr was great and you always get a free car wash ticket.
