So far Genes has been great. Genes accomplished everything they said they'd do to my pickup plus repairs I added to the RO when I dropped off. Windshield wiper replacement I went in to get my wiper replaced because it had broken. When I went in to the shop, the parts technician got the wiper and replaced it for me. He also reminded the service writer to check on the Mopar warranty because I had the wipers less than 1000 miles. I had to wait while they checked on this but I was very satisfied with my experience.
