This wasn’t my best experience with the service department. 2021 Ram 3500, I was there for 6 hours waiting when it was only supposed to take an hour. The decided to fix my recalls instead of the problem it was there for and told me the tech ran out of time for me and that I would have to bring it back in. I wasn’t happy and asked them why they didn’t fix the problem first and worry about recalls second. I wasn’t happy so Susan had the tech Ramon Gonzalez finish it. The tech was pissed and gave me a huge attitude when I approached him when he drove my truck around. He never said a word to me and slammed my truck door and walked by me while I was asking him a question. His customer service is terrible and a poor attitude that needs to be put in check. More
