In addition, he didn't waste my time with trying to sell me something I was not going to be happy with. I also would like to share that Scott in the Finance Department is a Miracle Worker, very knowledgeable with the financing process and assured me he would guide me through the credit process so I would able to have a monthly payment that I could ultimately afford. The waiting area makes the time spent waiting an effortless event. The area is clean, bright and comfortable. The fresh coffee, internet and television make the time pass quickly. The service department is equally kind and courteous as they didn't have to give us the tire and mat package at that time, but did. Michael stayed with us through out the entire process. In the past, when we have purchased vehicles, the sales person was gone as soon as he knew he had the sale. Michael is an asset to KIA. This dealership is an icon and model for other dealerships.
