We dealt with Vid and he was very good. He was easy to deal with and knew the details of the operation of the car very well. They did not give us enough of a value for our trade in so we so He was easy to deal with and knew the details of the operation of the car very well. They did not give us enough of a value for our trade in so we sold it to Carvana for substantially more. There were a few other small details in the sale that we did not like but we were able to settle them quickly. The prep of the car for pickup was very good as well. There was a small smudge on the hood of the car but they took car of it quickly. All in all Generation Kia did a good job. More

Joe was great ! Personality was great. My only issue was the plug for charging my car IS SO BIG didn’t fit in outlet in my garage outlet. And didn’t have Enough of a Personality was great.
