Mike was wonderful he started all the paperwork before I even arrived, he is professional and so knowledgeable. He made sure to go over every feature my car had to offer answered all my questions and was so patient with me ... He even went above and beyond to get my car registered in North Carolina. We waited 6 hours there and were told one price and after 6 hours of waiting were given another price of 100 more. Of course I was told my price was contingent on my credit but my credit came back and I was 6 hours of waiting were given another price of 100 more. Of course I was told my price was contingent on my credit but my credit came back and I was given the amount I agreed to pay monthly but when I sat down 6 hours later it jumped up 100 ....had I not have to give up my lease I would have walked out without taking the new car! Then to add to it I couldn't get my plates put on for some reason and had to have dealer plates put on and I had to return again on Monday! FIRST AND LAST TIME! I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE HATE DEALERSHIPS! More
The worst experience with a dealership ever on a 2023 Kia Sportage. Vehicle left there 11 days today no accurate diagnosis or loaner given. When car was dropped off they were told by me the Hybrid system che Sportage. Vehicle left there 11 days today no accurate diagnosis or loaner given. When car was dropped off they were told by me the Hybrid system check light went on the dashboard & the battery light lit up. The tech claims he thinks its the hybrid battery but Headquarters wants other texts done to determine if something else is wrong. They say tech not getting paid. We dont think anything has been done with the car & it has sat there because of some issue with Techs not being paid. I am assuming based on diagnosis codes as that is what they claim. So nothing has been done to establish what the problem is & we are now getting the car back without knowing the issue. Non sense! Plus recently not contacted daily with updates while the car sits there. The service is terrible & not sure whats going on with codes & techs being paid for work on vehicles. Unacceptable service to a customer! More
