Sales person was excellent and very helpful picking out some used cars that were in our range. Not pushy, didn’t rush us, good experience. When I came back a week later to pick up the car there were a lot some used cars that were in our range. Not pushy, didn’t rush us, good experience. When I came back a week later to pick up the car there were a lot of issues with the finance team even though I was buying outright. They had “lost” my folder with all the paperwork and I waited 3 hours to get my keys. Then I got home and they realized they hadn’t had me sign some of the DMV paperwork so I had to go back a different day. Overall I got what I wanted but the organization is lacking. More
