I was told by the finance officer; Steven that I had to borrow loan for $10,000 dollars. And that was the minimum a bank will loan me. Because t wanted to pay all but $6,000 dollars in cash and he told me borrow loan for $10,000 dollars. And that was the minimum a bank will loan me. Because t wanted to pay all but $6,000 dollars in cash and he told me the bank doesn’t finance anything less then $10,000 dollars. I was approved with 2 other banks but Steven insisted that I use his company bank which I was approved again. But he never told me I would be charge a $79.00 dollar fee to his his bank. Also I purchased an extended warranty.July 30/2024 and before I left the dealership I told Steven that I wanted to cancel the extended warranty policy. But Steven told me I had to wait until I make my first car payment. Which I found out if I had waited; I would have got back a portion of the extended warranty. The cost of the warranty is $1840.00. Thirty days would have been too late to cancel without a penalty. Today July I spoke to Steven and I him it was a lie That the warranty could be canceled and I t must be done before 30 days for me to receive my refund. Steven told me he would cancel the warranty policy and send me a confirmation. But I will not wait 30 days I will give him a week and take this matter somewhere else. My advice is to check everything a car dealer tells you and if you not sure. Google it because your phone is smarter than us. A 79.00 fee for your there bank unbelievable More
