We just leased our first new car through Generation KIA and came away with nothing but positive experiences! Our sales representative, Lenny, went above and beyond to get us into our 2024 KIA Seltos EX, fr and came away with nothing but positive experiences! Our sales representative, Lenny, went above and beyond to get us into our 2024 KIA Seltos EX, from the moment we arrived until the moment we drove off the lot, and even beyond! We went in with low expectations after having a bad experience at one of the competing dealerships, but we were beyond satisfied. This was our first lease and everything was explained to us thoroughly and to our benefit, not something to take lightly! I had done a lot of research on leases prior to our purchase but still was nervous about the process. Lenny, the financial department, and the entire Generation dealership made sure we had all of our options explained in depth while still providing a welcoming and comfortable environment to do so. I’m certain they could have benefitted more financially, due to us being inexperienced, but instead they did right by us and will have return customers. It’s been over a week and I’m still just as happy to be part of the KIA family! More
