It’s very difficult to rate the dealership. My biggest issue would be with the delivery prep. When received my new car was not happy to see warning lights on on the dash. I know one was low tire pressure and other was told was associated with low tire pressure as well. I would not expect any problems as it was just prepped and someone just brought it back from getting fuel. So they should have seen the issue and took care of it not just ignored it. The sales girl Amy was very pleasant of course she had her game face going as a sales person but also took everything I said and all my concerns into consideration. Very pleased with that. More

I bought a brand new Kia Sportage about 3 weeks ago but I needed to take it back because they mistakenly did not inspect it correctly’. I was so excited but it turned into an inconvenience. I only found out needed to take it back because they mistakenly did not inspect it correctly’. I was so excited but it turned into an inconvenience. I only found out when I was ready to leave with the car. I had already been there 3 hours!! Then I had to wait another 2 hours when I went back to get it properly inspected. Then when I got home, I realized they forgot to give me the registration sticker for my windshield. And then a week later my insurance company notified me that they never received the bill of sale, which they never gave me, and window stick for original sale. Now I’m still waiting and Monday, which is in 3 days they will cancel my insurance. If I ran my classroom the way they run this facility my students would not learn a thing!!! More
