I bought a brand new Kia Sportage about 3 weeks ago but I needed to take it back because they mistakenly did not inspect it correctly’. I was so excited but it turned into an inconvenience. I only found out when I was ready to leave with the car. I had already been there 3 hours!! Then I had to wait another 2 hours when I went back to get it properly inspected. Then when I got home, I realized they forgot to give me the registration sticker for my windshield. And then a week later my insurance company notified me that they never received the bill of sale, which they never gave me, and window stick for original sale. Now I’m still waiting and Monday, which is in 3 days they will cancel my insurance. If I ran my classroom the way they run this facility my students would not learn a thing!!! More

I purchased the 2023 Kia Niro EV in October 2022, my A/C not working, made an appointment for 1 O'clock 9/6/23. 95 degrees outside (30 minute drive to Bohemia). When I arrived was told they were backed up not working, made an appointment for 1 O'clock 9/6/23. 95 degrees outside (30 minute drive to Bohemia). When I arrived was told they were backed up and 10 people ahead of me. I had an appointment with my disabled brother at 2:30, asked if I can get loaner, was told no as they needed to do diagnostics first. Check in person, checked my Air and agreed it was not working. Left with NO AC, and later called to speak to Sales manager and he was in a "meeting" told Debbie my situation and she said he would call me back. He has not yet done so. 95 degrees!!!! How can a dealership leave a person in a hot car. This is sickening! Check out the Better Business reviews. Not done with them yet. More
