If I could make it 0 stars, I would. Worst out-of-state car buying experience ever that dragged on for weeks (and I ended up not even getting the vehicle in the end because I was so fed Worst out-of-state car buying experience ever that dragged on for weeks (and I ended up not even getting the vehicle in the end because I was so fed up with their xx), due to the laziness of the employees, and there was no accountability or responsibility taken on their end whatsoever. Only blame towards me and the bank I chose to use for it taking so long, despite the fact it took my salesman nearly a week just to submit a few documents back to my bank. That, however, was only 1 of numerous issues. Apparently, it was my banks fault that it took my salesman 4 days to send me a 2nd purchase agreement (more on that later), it was my banks fault that the dealership wrote the wrong purchase price on the dealer funding slip that they took another several days to send to the bank, and it was also my banks fault that the dealership didn't inform me until 4 days after getting the initial requested info from my bank that I needed insurance on the vehicle for it to be funded. Back to the purchase agreement- I received a 2nd one 5 days after the 1st with over $200 of added xx charges on it, including $50 in gas that I didn't ask for. So great, I get to pay interest on gas for the next 72 months. Awesome. Wow. I could go on and on but this is becoming a rant at this point. I rarely ever leave 1 star reviews, and I never wish I could leave 0, but I literally have nothing positive to say about Generation Kia. Unsurprisingly, the xx didn't even end when I canceled the whole deal, as it took weeks of hassle just to get them to send the funding back to my bank. More

I called ahead of time and set up an appointment to have a showing at 12:30. We waited for an hour before someone was free to help us. Other than the long wait everyone there was helpful and friendly. More
