I was 100% satisfied with the service I got on my Borrego. Vinny was helpful and courteous. I left my car parked in the service bay with no appointment and he called me at 7 the next morning. When he got back to me with the results of the diagnostics, he was knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed. He actually sent me pictures of the work that needed to be done. He explained what was needed and offered me a loaner car. (He actually apologized that it wasn't a truck) He even offered to stay late I couldn't get to the dealership before closing. Even with one of the necessary parts being only one of three in the country, my car was ready in less than 2 days. When I picked up my car, it had been washed, the head lights and rims had been scrubbed. Thank you, Vinny Ardito, for such a pleasant experience. Kathy Lopez More

I purchased a 2018 last March of 2021 used as a trade and down pmt for a 2022. The 2018 was paid in full December 2021. I used it as a down payment on a 2022.. A. I was told I did not qualify for "ne and down pmt for a 2022. The 2018 was paid in full December 2021. I used it as a down payment on a 2022.. A. I was told I did not qualify for "new car pricing" on the 2022 even though I paid off the 2018 in 9 months.. Suggestion... WATCH THEIR financing, they got me good there. ALSO WATCH THE "EXTRAS" WITH THE WARRANTY. Did not sell me tire warranty, but sold me "paint" .I talked to a friend in the repair business. He read the extra paint warranty... said it only covers small issues the size of a pencil ereaser.(paint not dings) I CALLED the company in California to verify... OIL CHANGES ...couldn't get it done there had to go elsewhere.$$... Just generally nasty. I would NOT RECOMMEND. More

A very disappointing experience with this dealership for a number of reasons. First being that yesterday I called to see if they had a specific vehicle of my color preference to which the representative, Ca a number of reasons. First being that yesterday I called to see if they had a specific vehicle of my color preference to which the representative, Cathy, said yes. She asked if I could make an appointment to come in and I did for 11am today. She told me that if the availability changed that she would call to let me know. No calls and in fact, on my way to driving there which is 45 minutes from my house, they called to confirm that I would be making my 11am appointment. When I arrived, they told me that they did not have the vehicle in stock and when questioned why someone didn't let me know, especially when making sure I was still keeping my appointment, they had no real suitable answer. So, waisted trip, time and gas. The second issue which is the MOST CONCERNING is that when I arrived, I came through the doors in between their Service area and current Showroom which is for general access to the public. In fact someone in Service, directed me to those doors to go to Showroom. Well, it is obvious construction is going on without any signage or roped off area. There was slick broken flooring all over the place that go right up to the entryway to the showroom area and the titled showroom floor, where I slipped when entering and had to catch myself from falling to which the salesperson that would assist me asked if I was OK. After speaking with him and finding out that they did not have the vehicle, he asked me to come with him to see if it was possibly outside in the lot, leading me through the same doorway and this time he slipped. Obviously a blatant hazard without any regard to customer safety. I told the salesperson at the door when I was leaving that they needed to do something about that area to which he was dismissive to me about. So many things wrong with all of the above but all leading to the same conclusion, a terrible dealership to visit for customer service and a HAZARDOUS ONE to make it worse! More
