The only downside was that it took a day or two longer for the dealership to deliver the car, but ultimately this was resolved to my satisfaction. Finally, the small amount of dread I had been feeling at the prospect of meeting with the finance gentlemen (I think his name was Jamal, but I'm not sure - my apologies) was quickly alleviated once I realized he had no intention of trying to sell me anything as we closed out the deal. Kudos to both this gentleman and to Kyle for making this the most enjoyable and stress free experience I've ever had buying a car. You both have my thanks. More

I live in CT so buying a car in LI had its challenges. The car failed the CT emissions test. I called Ron, the manager at Generation Kia. He was wonderful. He told me to bring the car back so he could fix it. The dealership went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. They gave me a loner car for 18 days while they made sure that everything was perfect with my car. I picked it up, it passed the test.
