Christine in the service dept. is The Bomb! Great people, great service!! I saw a Kia Optima and fell in love with it. I saw Generation Kia on the license frame so I called and spoke to Brenda there. She said to come in fo I saw a Kia Optima and fell in love with it. I saw Generation Kia on the license frame so I called and spoke to Brenda there. She said to come in for a test drive and when I did she introduced me to Joe Carter. Joe showed me the car and we went for a ride. I wanted a black Optima but the one on the lot was spoken for so Joe did all the legwork to find me the car I wanted. Thank you, I am so very happy with my car. Outstanding Service!!!!!! Joe C was absolutely GREAT!!!!!! I went in a few months ago looking for a used truck, Joe C had shown me a few that he thought i would like ,although Joe C was absolutely GREAT!!!!!! I went in a few months ago looking for a used truck, Joe C had shown me a few that he thought i would like ,although they were great vehicles they just didn't fit my exact needs.He never pressured me into buying and kindly said when i find something you need i will call you, give me a little time . Great Experience I had a great experience with Generation Kia. I had a rough experience with one of the other dealerships. I went down to Generation Kia and they fixed I had a great experience with Generation Kia. I had a rough experience with one of the other dealerships. The sales manager Ron and finance specialist Jamal went above and beyond to resolve the issues I was having and kept me in my car. They were honest and fair with me. This is the way a sale should go.
