First time Car buyer I had previously went to this location in November to look at a 2014 Kia Soul and at the time that salesperson did not have much of a personality. And was a little discouraged at the prices for my payments. I decided to come back and go for a used model because I love the look of the Kia Soul. I met Mark , from the beginning he was very excellent. He was able to get me into a used 2012 Soul that was in my budget all in the same day. I am very pleased to have a great experience at the Kia dealer and would recommend this to other people. More

My Second Lease with Generation Kia I drove out of Generation Kia yesterday with the car of my dreams, a 2015 Kia Sportage EX Premium. Three years ago I leased a Kia Rio, so this was a I drove out of Generation Kia yesterday with the car of my dreams, a 2015 Kia Sportage EX Premium. Three years ago I leased a Kia Rio, so this was a big upgrade. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were treated with nothing but respect. My salesman was Bob Greco (and he was also our salesman three years ago). There was no pressure, I got to drive the Sportage for quite a distance to really get the feel of the vehicle. The whole process was pretty painless. The price negotiation was also pretty painless. Final impression being I will DEFINITELY return in three years to deal with Bob / Generation Kia again for my next new car. And I would highly recommend this dealership.....A great experience from beginning to end. 10+ stars from me. More

This is also my second time dealing with Joe and was every bit as great as the first. Joe is very professional and was able to negotiate a great deal and even extended a friends and family discount. My very first new car! I came to Generation Kia looking to buy my very first new car. I chose Generation Kia because I remember the enjoyable experience I had there back whe I came to Generation Kia looking to buy my very first new car. I chose Generation Kia because I remember the enjoyable experience I had there back when I was 'just looking' at cars. Unlike similar dealerships that were closer to home. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted by Kevin. He was a new dealer, but very helpful and knowledgeable. I had done my research before coming so I showed him which cars I was interested in and we went for a test drive in my favorite. I was able to drive the car until I was ready to go back, which was nice. When we got back to the dealership we filled out a credit application. Kevin then asked if I was interested in any other cars. I was apprehensive but Kevin insisted we go look at a different car that he thought I would like, and that I would be able to afford. I wasn't convinced, until I saw the car, and it became my new favorite. Kevin knew I would like this car because he listened to what I said. His mission was not just to sell me any old car, but a car that I loved. Kevin was always there to answer any and every question I had. He made what is usually a very stressful situation into a very easy and enjoyable one. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to buy a car, and I would most definitely suggest they ask for Kevin Mastridge. I went from a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant to a 2015 Kia Forte, and I could not be happier with my new car and the experience I had buying it! More
Love My 2015 Soul! I went in looking for a used 2014 Kia Soul. I met with Salesman Mark Faiber. He was great from start to finish. He was very helpful and honest. I had originally purchased a 2010 Kia Sol from GENERATION when they w I had such a great experience purchasing my latest vehicle from this dealership. I had originally purchased a 2010 Kia Sol from GENERATION when they were located in Medford, NY. It was a good experience also. However when I came in for service on the 2010 model in Aug 2013, i had noted the warranty was about to expire. So i proceeded to "just look" at the new models which happen to come with a 10 yr 100k warranty. Anyhow a long unplanned afternoon of car shopping began. And a long story short I did in fact leave the dealership in my new 2013 Kia Sol that very same day. Now I am gonna tell you NO IT WAS NOT THE BIG PRESSURE SALE..etc..etc. James Lupo the new car manager and Mike Perrillo my salesperson spent the entire afternoon hashing out a deal that was accommodating to my finances andI did not have to settle or compromise in anyway the features that my 2010 Kia had. They (Mike Perrillo and James Lupo the manager) had found a 2013 that had comparable features of my 2010 and were knowledgable in both the vehicle and the financing in order that i could leave that day with the new one. Here I am today March 2015 and i am having my 2013 Kia Sol serviced. I have seen James and we were having a chuckle about the last time I was here for service. And I already informed him in a joking way that I am not LOOKING....ha ha ha ..I am going to "stay in my lane" and just get the car serviced. I also saw Mike the salesperson also and we laughed and caught up with eachother. Such a wonderful experience to come back and be remembered and greeted like long lost friends... I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a quality experience and a wonderful reliable car that is not over priced. With a friendly knowledgable staff , that are honestly trying to get you the car you want at the price you can handle. More
Unexpected surprise. Just woke up one morning and happen to come across a car rating site for low cost and best ten compact cars to buy. I fell in love with the design. Generation Kia was only 5 minutes from my apartment, so I decided to at least stop in and just take a peek at a 2012 Forte Coupe they had in the showroom. But I have a problem with anxiety and feared the usual attack of salesmen surrounding me with pressure in every way to buy the car. But I went-I loved the car and about 3 hours later I was driving my new car home! Mike Perillo was my salesman and all others backed off and let us deal with each other. I couldn't have gotten a better salesman. I was a nervous wreck but he was so great to deal with. No pressure-like I had all the time in the world. We took it a step at a time and everything was so clearly laid out for me and I got great financing from Generation and one of the banks they deal with. I am looking out my window at my new car and a big smile on my face. Thank you so much Michael!--Mark Cerone----oh, and great coffee. More
