You always think all salesman care about are making the sale, getting paid, and moving onto the next customer. My experience at Generation Kia was probably the most relaxed and laid back I could ever be at a dealership. Bill Kraft and James Gilbert were both absolutely fantastic. They made me feel at home with every decision and made sure my time there was well spent. They were both full of knowledege and looked for my best interest rather than pointing at the most expensive car and trying to sell it. They knew my situation and made sure to find the right car for mine and my families needs. I would recommend these 2 to anybody. They were straight forward and honest and most of all made me feel like they cared. They played with my daughter and laughed and smiled and that's all you can ask for. I will definitely be coming back for my future car just for these 2 gentlemen. And how can I forget Dave in finance. He did everything he could to get me approved and I can't thank him enough.
