When we arrived at the dealership today, Mark Faiber was present and informed that he would help us as James was going to be late. Mark was very knowledgeable about the car and even explained how timing belts and chains work. Since my husband's car was on a lease, the possibility of a bigger payment loomed. He was ready to walk away, but the manager "ate" some of the money as not to lose the sale. We are grateful that Mark was willing to work with my husband. The Forte is a beautiful car, and we look forward to getting good use out of it. More
