The most difficult part about the visit was the problem getting an appointment. Once at the establishment, all went well and followed the procedure described. My car was in for service with an appointment, it was not diagnosed for 2.5 days and the timing of follow up was not what was stated many times. I was made to feel like I was being out of line by asking for diagnosed for 2.5 days and the timing of follow up was not what was stated many times.
