We don't normally purchase extended warranties but Ben had all the data to show us that purchasing an extended maintenance and warranty program was a good decision. He was also extremely quick but also thorough with all the paperwork. It was appreciated as that process can take a long time. I'd give Ben a 6 on your scale. More
