Myles was very professional, provided the test drive when another salesperson didn't show, and answered all of our questions. He came in on his day off to arrange an assessment of my trade in, processed info another salesperson didn't show, and answered all of our questions. He came in on his day off to arrange an assessment of my trade in, processed information to make the transaction go smoothly, and went through all features of the car after the purchase was complete. I'd give him a 6 if it was possible on your scale. We also had a professional experience with your Finance Manager Ben Steinberg. We don't normally purchase extended warranties but Ben had all the data to show us that purchasing an extended maintenance and warranty program was a good decision. He was also extremely quick but also thorough with all the paperwork. It was appreciated as that process can take a long time. I'd give Ben a 6 on your scale. More
