We had our GV 70 serviced this week and all personnel we dealt were very friendly and professional. They serviced our vehicle and Tony found items that need repair that we didn’t know about. Unfortunately we will never recommend Genesis the brand not the dealership to anyone in our area. We purchased our car with the Genesis dealership in Ithaca NY. With Genesis concierge service we were promised a car would be provided for oil changes etc. With Genesis infinite wisdom to cancel the dealership in Ithaca we are forced to take a two hour ride to get oil changes. Yes it sounds ridiculous but that’s the cards we are dealt by Genesis. We felt that Genesis should have made some kind of arrangement for us with the dealership in Albany. It’s a shame because we love our Genesis, we are not in love with Genesis corporate. More
