As an Exec VP of Sales for a Global OEM for many years, I would welcome the opportunity to speak to Rusty or anyone in Management @ Auburn Genesis to discuss the necessary training and sales protocol this individual needs to become an asset to this dealership. A couple comments brought up red flags for me (and somewhat cringed inside) and just basic "do what you said you were going to do".
