After dealing with all the local audi dealerships and finding the inventory lacking for the features i wanted and an unwillingness for the dealers to look outside of St. Louis for a car fitting my needs, I began to look at other options My Dad has a G80 and has been very pleased, so I started looking at the G70 3.3T, I was impressed with the volume and variety of options on the G70 that the Audi didn't have, as well as the engine providing more HP than the S5. So I started to hunt around and thankfully found BEN FRENCH at Dean Team. The whole experience with Ben was professional, non-hurried, and friendly. From picking out options I desired, to setting up a test drive for me, to going out of his way to find the car with my specs (I was pretty particular) and having it delivered from a dealer in Wisconsin, to texting me updates on the delivery of my vehicle,, to ensuring I received my Veteran's discount...Ben was totally top notch all the way and I unconditionally would recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth buying process. As other reviews have hinted at, I was a little dismayed by the closing process--NOT involving Ben--regarding the high pressure tactics to get me on an extended warranty. But I don't fault Ben for that and realize that is a dealer issue. I LOVE my car and am very satisfied with working with Ben French! I cannot recommend Ben highly enough! More
