Two reasons...the cars themselves are fantastic...and the excellence of the sales and service experience from Genesis of South Brunswick.. During my first visit, I purchased a G70 3.3T AWD. That car was so good, my wife ended up claiming it for herself. I was due for a new car for me, so I purchased a G80 Sport 3.3T AWD. All I can say is WOW! I have owned a large number of cars in my lifetime, and the Genesis products combined with the sales and service experience at this dealer just make me keep wanting to come back. This time, I worked with Andre in Genesis Sales, and he was incredible. Extremely knowledgeable of the cars, learned what I needed for the experience to be positive, and went out of his way to make it so. It is clear from Andre he loves his job and the products he sells, which tells me that the management at the dealer keeps their sales staff happy. While waiting to pick up my car, I casually observed smiles from Andre, other sales consultants, service techs, parts person, and others working at the dealer, which is usually a sign of caring management. I also appreciate Andre being flexible on color, but convincing me to buy a color that was my third choice (white) but is actually the best color of the three I was choosing from, which I can appreciate now that I own it and have spent time with it. I cannot wait to see what Genesis comes out with next once they get into the crossover segment in the coming years. More
