The Service department embodies all the bad things you think about customer service today; poor processes, zero customer focus, and useless management. Tried to schedule a 7500 mile service for my Genesis online. Received several confirmation emails, signed by the Service Manager, stating my car would be picked up at 9:45 and a loaner provided. 9:45 arrives and I have nothing and no one from the dealership. Call the service department to find out that they have my appt for 1:30 and no one is coming to get my car and there are no loaners. No attempts to make it right; just sorry excuses. I've heard nothing from the Service Manager and don't expect to; just emails confirming my appt. If you find a good one, keep it. If you are looking at this dealership, keep looking.
