I cannot rate Mayra Trujillo, as I did not interact with her. I utilized the company's valet service, which in itself is a great service. However, it was disappointing that my car was not brought back to me her. I utilized the company's valet service, which in itself is a great service. However, it was disappointing that my car was not brought back to me with the same amount of electricity it had when it was picked up. My battery was charged over 60% when it was picked up & it was dropped off with only 39%. This is after I spoke to a representative that morning & was told that it would be charged before it was brought back to me. Very disappointing! More
