They asked a few brief questions when I first called and learning that I had a trade in, suggested that I could have the value determined while I did my test drive, the ONLY dealer to suggest/offer that right out the gate! Of the 4 dealers I visited or called only 2 followed up after our visit and test drive. I still have never heard back from 2 of the 4 dealers... While I ulimately choose to buy a different car... Got a follow up thank you note for visiting and I texted Phil to tell him I would be back. I went back, went over the different option packages available, discussed the available rebates and incentives, and we had a deal. I scheduled a time to pick up the car, and they were waiting with open arms for us. The sales manager was a low-pressure type guy as was my sales rep. The delivery process was efficient and went as expected. Everything was explained, copies of all docs were handed over, they paired the Bluetooth to my wife's phone and off we went. Got a follow up call the next day to make sure we were happy and if we had any concerns. Totally professional at every turn!! More
