I love this dealership! And the guy Bill Gusta was very professional and polite; we came in for a new lease- he was not pushy! I needed to take my car in to get serviced, have the seat warmer fixed, and investigate why all of a sudden it was having problems with acceleration and sounding louder than usual. I was able to schedule my warmer fixed, and investigate why all of a sudden it was having problems with acceleration and sounding louder than usual. I was able to schedule my appointment the next day and get a loaner that was the same model as my car that could accommodate the kids and car seats. It took a few days to order the parts and repair it, but the service person did an excellent job communicating with me what was wrong, what was covered under warranty, and how long it was going to take. I am very pleased with their attentiveness and their overall service. More

When dropping off our QX60 for service, it was very convenient to pull into the indoor service area. The Service Manager was very helpful and recorded all of my concerns (there were several).
