The place looked great and the employees were very friendly overall great service. My only bad experience with this was that I had an airbag recall and they did it on time and everything but after I r friendly overall great service. I know my vehicle isn’t in showroom condition but I’d have thought that such a high end place would be more careful about such a thing, and even if it happens they would admit to it. But no I got my keys back and was told it’s ready and I look around inside (because the service provider told me I got a complimentary cleaning but all that mean they wiped a wet clothes across the center console and made it even worse than it was to begin with) so overall it was okay for the reason they did it so quickly and they were friendly but there’s definitely place for improvement. More

Came in with no appointment and was able to get in for service immediately. My service advisor Allie worked with me to figure out how to use my Infiniti credit card points to pay the bill even though they service immediately.
