The price is the price... Very poor service by my advisor Mr. Andrew Montoya. I was not greeted with an introduction and had to initiate the conversation. I brought coupons and was told I could only use 1 coupon without explanation, for years I have been getting my vehicle service at the dealership and was never treated like this. I asked to pull up my previous pricing for the oil/filter and tire rotation and it matched my coupons. Next, I was told the price would actually be almost double as my car only used synthetic. Then was told, "The price is the price." I asked to speak to a Manager and was told he doesn't work on the weekend. I was about to walk out but had no choice at this point. When I sat down the board read a special of $79.99 I believe for the same service, which was not honored. Then when I had a question there was 3 other customers in line waiting. Not professional, no explanation and no empathy or discussion. More

Not pleasant Key fob stopped working on 2014 q50. Brought the car in. Mechanic told me the fob was no longer working and I have to get a new one and get it program Key fob stopped working on 2014 q50. Brought the car in. Mechanic told me the fob was no longer working and I have to get a new one and get it programmed. Key fob was around $250(dont remember the actual price) and programming was addition $80. I said no thank you. My uncle is a locksmith, went to him, he reprogrammed the fob in 2 minutes and works just like it's supposed to. More
