Stranded in NJ We had an unfortunate experience over Memorial Day weekend while visiting family in New Jersey, we hit a pothole and damaged our front passenger side We had an unfortunate experience over Memorial Day weekend while visiting family in New Jersey, we hit a pothole and damaged our front passenger side tire and had to wait until Tuesday to have it replaced, we went to the dealer on Monday and the receptionist was not very helpful at all and said we had to wait and come back on Tuesday, didn’t even offer to have someone from the service department reach out to us, she did not even know when their service department opened, which was unacceptable to us but we waited and called the next morning and someone helped us with finding the right tire and even told us about the “free” towing option from Infinity based on the mileage of our Q50, once the car was towed the service provided by Mr. Delgado was prompt and courteous, within the time frame promised we got our vehicle back and were able to get back on the road to VA More

Quiet, amazing coffee bar and a candy shop! Initially I was dreading my service appt due to time, unpredictable facilities since they have been renovating for a while but I didnt want to leave.
