Service took over 3 hours for basic 30k maintenance (told 2). Multiple customers in the waiting area were in the same boat and extremely unhappy. Employees used customer waiting area to take speaker phone calls loudly talking about customers and buys in an unprofessional manner. They broke my aftermarket lights, returned my car without a passenger mat, left the dirty plastic seat cover and driver side mat protector in my car (I had to dispose of it), and the car wash was a joke - lefts streaks and dirt all over my car. Furthermore - good luck getting anyone they phone. Their main number goes to a different dealership and when they transfer you to genesis - it hangs up. I have never had such a poor experience at a Genesis dealer. My Buisness will be going to Schaumburg which provided A+ service. More
