1. I was annoyed that it took so long to get an appointment regarding my brakes. 2. I was also annoyed that I just purchased the car certified preowned and it was clear that the brakes were not ins appointment regarding my brakes. 2. I was also annoyed that I just purchased the car certified preowned and it was clear that the brakes were not inspected because if they were, they wouldn't have passed inspection. That suggests either the car wasn't inspected or they rushed through the inspection, knowing that you wanted to get the car off the lot before the end of the Memorial Day weekend. 3. The service was good when I finally had my appointment and I'm satisfied with the work that was done and the outcome. 4. I am hoping that the brake issue was a fluke in the inspection process and that no additional issues are identified that should've been caught in the CPO inspection process. More
