Arrived at the Valet, was referred to the dealership to check in for service. The internet & phone was down so I couldn't be checked in for 20 or so minutes. I was planning on taking a video conference fro check in for service. The internet & phone was down so I couldn't be checked in for 20 or so minutes. I was planning on taking a video conference from the waiting area - ended up leaving to a coffee shop nearby & came back when the car was ready. David was very kind & in communication throughout regarding the service that needed to be provided, and followed up with the team to make sure the car would be ready for me to pick my son from school on time. It took 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed. First they had to order certain parts which took a week, after the parts came, they were missing certain hardware and finally they realized that the First they had to order certain parts which took a week, after the parts came, they were missing certain hardware and finally they realized that they didn’t have the tire that had to be replaced so they needed to special order. On the day of pickup, I waited over an hour to get the car. Apparently they dropped the car off to be washed, but they forgot to send someone back to pick it up. I think they realized when I asked why my car was taking so long after about 49 mins. More
