I said I would recommend this dealership because Genesis dealers are few and far between. It is a matter of which one is better/worse. Genesis is supposed to provide valet service, but I was told it was four weeks out to get it. I asked for a loaner for my all day service but there were none to be had (period). My service was spark plugs, oil change & tire rotation. I was originally told I needed a software update but it turns out it was already performed. They did not do my tire pressures, so my front and rear pressures were backwards. They did a nice job cleaning the car. More

The service done was as promised which was fluid changes. It was completed on time. Daniella the service rep was pleasant to work with and delivered what was promised. Genesis of Framingham completely failed me. Waited a week for a valet pickup, rearranged my life -- then got a last-minute call telling me to drive myself. No apology, no respect.
