Jason Elder - service manager - went above and beyond in making me satisfied with the quality of work and commitment. While being serviced, he put me in a new Genesis - HELLO!!! - I traded in the Sonata on a 2015 Genesis and am literally in LOVE with this car. I have NEVER purchased from a dealer - always too afraid I'd pay too much - intimidated by possibly paying more than I could elsewhere. Mark the service manager gave me an amazing deal on my trade as well as the purchase price - Weldon my salesman went crazy overboard making sure I was happy - in a GOOD way. I can't say enough good things about Dave Mungenast Hazelwood. I've never had nice things to say about dealerships because of my lack of experience with them - but Mungenast changed that! I am so happy to be a part of the Mungenast family - FAMILY because that's how they make you feel from start to finish!! More

Weldon Streeter is the bomb!! Weldon Streeter is the first and only car salesman that I have called back when considering a car purchase! He worked with us, like before, to find a Weldon Streeter is the first and only car salesman that I have called back when considering a car purchase! My only complaint is that it takes a long time to get an appointment for service but I understand that this issue has been resolved. Great place to purchase a car. More
