Genesis of Hilton Head

I just took delivery of my fourth Genesis a GV 80. The others were an Equess, a G90 sedan and a 2021 GV80. All have been outstanding vehicles. We. could not get an appointment for several weeks; then it apparently took all day to do a basic service and address a seatbelt recall. No courtesy cars were available so after we dropped off the car in the morning we had to drive home to Savannah and the back again to Hardeville at the end of the day. Genesis service at Hyundai Savannah was so terrible, they stopped servicing Genesis. Genesis service at their first location in Hardeville was initially decent. Now that they moved 300 yards to their new building, it seems to have deteriorated significantly. More

Mickey in service took me in and put the computer on the car and found a number of issues. I needed my car to get to the airport as I was marked to wait. I had my first annual service to my GV70 today and the experience was smooth as can be! The service area was beautifully clean, I was checked in quickly and efficiently and on my way in no time.
