Scotty Raul who sold me my Genesis was amazing. If I could give him more starts than 5 I would. So personable and went above and beyond when I had a tire issue. I highly recommend if you are at this dealership you ask for Scotty. As for the other people I encountered at this dealership so far (in all fairness my car is so new I haven't had it serviced yet) my mother always told me if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything. Brought my Genesis in for service and was immediately greeted by a gentleman I found out to be the GM later on. I was in for a recall and they told me 3 hours to repair but ended up being only an hour an greeted by a gentleman I found out to be the GM later on. I was in for a recall and they told me 3 hours to repair but ended up being only an hour and a half. Under promising and over delivering goes a long way. At least with me. Kudos to John the GM and the new service kid for valuing my time. Great job guys! More
