Terrible car lot. Service department is rude and terribly disappointing. Sold me a car advertised with heated seats and when I called to tell them the heated seats do Service department is rude and terribly disappointing. I was told that since the heated seats are in the vehicle, it is advertised correctly. There was no guarantee they’d work. Terrible service and refusing to fix it. More

I had a very pleased experience with Genesis of Littleton with a purchase of a 2023 GV60. A day after pickup I had some follow-up questions, and I received prompt responses from Cody. Also, the finance manager, Russel was great, he explained all the add-ons warranty and never pressured me like other dealership do. I will definitely recommend this dealership and continue to do business with them. More

Very very poor service. Had my GV70 in for a recall and regular maintenance. Used the valet service which is a big selling point when buying the car. At 3:30 I called checking on it. It was just going in for the recall. At 4:30 I called and they said it was done but did not have time to wash it. When I asked about the oil change he said they forgot to do it and can they reschedule. I rescheduled for today 7/29/24. Car was suppose to be picked up between 9:30 and 10:30am. I called at 11 and 2:30pm and they said they have no valets and could we reschedule. I told them never mind I'm taking my business to Genesis of Golden. Hopefully I'll have a better experience. More

Purchased a Genesis GV70Sport 2. 5 from Haley B in September 2023. Invested $69K in a car with no follow up on her part after the sale. Have owned BMW, Mercedes and Lexus prior to purchasing a Genesis. This experience with McDonald Automotive has been nothing but a BIG disappointment. We're really questioning our decision to do business with this dealership. More

Much of the transaction and negotiation details were able to be addressed over the phone which made the process all that much easier. Matthew Vanderboort, the finance manager, was also very pleasant, skilled and easy to work with. So, 5 stars to Brandon, Matthew and Genesis of Littleton. I will recommend to everyone! More

Unprofessional HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My car was being serviced for a minor leak after Derek the sales manager sent my car to a Denver auto body shop for a scratch repair due to his emplo My car was being serviced for a minor leak after Derek the sales manager sent my car to a Denver auto body shop for a scratch repair due to his employee the day I purchased the vehicle. 4 days later after dropping my vehicle off, Danielle updated me they received trace powder & would further let me know about any other updates. I picked my car up from Rob the foreman's residential home @ 10 p.m. & accumulated 70 miles. I spoke to Danielle about why the car would be taken home without my permission when it was supposed to be serviced. Her response was she didn’t do anything illegal, she is new & Rob left the dealer at 7:30 pm & 70 miles was a lie. However, the foreman who serviced my car said there was supposed to be authorization I never once gave them permission or was even notified when I spoke to Danielle the same day. BETH the general manager of this lot then tells me the Foreman took my car to an acupuncture doctor's appointment and then home to his personal residence & that's where the mileage accord. WHAT DOCTORS OFFICE IS OPEN AT 7:30 pm? Not once did the general manager find any remorse in this situation she was rude while speaking to me took her an entire day to reach after picking up the vehicle from the residence. More
