what worked: fast service, competent, courteous. Not worked: specific cleaning requests not fulfilled. First service person uninterested in me as customer; second one was. Nothing special. Matts had mud. Requested these cleaned, and a sticker that looks like an x removed form the driver glass. although the car mat was swept , the mud remained. Went in for a front end alignment . The before and after print out still showed red areas after alignment. Was informed if I wanted everything green parts would have to be replaced , The before and after print out still showed red areas after alignment. Was informed if I wanted everything green parts would have to be replaced , but parts were not worn out enough. I payed money for a extended warranty just for a situation like this. Wonder if I didn't have a extended warranty the dealer would recommend replacing parts. More
