Had to take my car in to have work done under warranty. It took a week to get it back, and when I picked it up and went to drive it away, the dash was only partially assembled and it was full of scratches/ It took a week to get it back, and when I picked it up and went to drive it away, the dash was only partially assembled and it was full of scratches/gouges. When I pointed it out, the Service manager looked shocked that I would not be pleased with the way they just scratched up my dash. He said he'd have to talk to his manager to see what they can do. What I expect is a new dashboard. The car has to go back to have the work completed and had they not started the job I don't know that I would take my car back to this dealer for service. I will definitely be going to a different dealer for factory work going forward. More

what worked: fast service, competent, courteous. Not worked: specific cleaning requests not fulfilled. First service person uninterested in me as customer; second one was. Nothing special. Matts had mud. Requested these cleaned, and a sticker that looks like an x removed form the driver glass. although the car mat was swept , the mud remained. Request was not heard and fulfilled. Service is OK. More

Went in for a front end alignment . The before and after print out still showed red areas after alignment. Was informed if I wanted everything green parts would have to be replaced , The before and after print out still showed red areas after alignment. Was informed if I wanted everything green parts would have to be replaced , but parts were not worn out enough. I payed money for a extended warranty just for a situation like this. Wonder if I didn't have a extended warranty the dealer would recommend replacing parts. More
